Motivations (as per Priv3 plot, but kind of obsolete)
- Smooth the new admiral’s transition at Perry
- Understand the irregularities in bookkeeping and material shipments over the past 5 years
- Serve the Confederation
Newer idea
One thing I forgot to mention: We were planning on having Tayla and Goodin be Steltekers. Now, if Goodin is found out to be part of the Steltekers, that’s good enough motivation for some of the Retro or Mandarin infiltrators in the Confed to frame her. Her eventual escaping off-system could actually land her in the TriSystem
